At Aurum, we are committed to the quality of our craftsmanship and the satisfaction of our customers. If your item is unused or faulty, we will gladly accept a return, with the exception of customized or engraved pieces. You may also return items for re-sizing or exchange.
Re-sizing and Exchanges

If your piece does not fit, we are happy to re-size it for you at no extra cost.
Exchanges
You may exchange an item within 30 days of your original purchase, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition.

Returns for Refund
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase, with the original receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Partial Returns
If you return only part of your order, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned items.
Full Returns
If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs and any transaction fees charged to Aurum by the payment provider will be deducted from your refund.

Bracelet Sizes
Our bracelet lengths are generally listed in the main product description tab, in centimetres. Some bracelets are available in different sizes (Small, Medium and Large). Small is 17.5cm, Medium is 18.5cm and Large is 19.5cm.
Measure your wrist by wrapping a flexible ruler or tape measure around it. Do not pull the ruler too tightly. To convert inches to centimetres, multiply by 2.54.
If you have a larger or smaller wrist and the bracelet style is amenable to adjustment, we can certainly do that for you. Please mention it in the order notes or else contact our customer service.
Necklace Sizes
Our necklace lengths are generally listed in the main product description tab and vary depending on the design. If you have a special request for a longer or shorter chain length, please contact us and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Earring measurements are generally listed in the main product description tab. If you have any queries about sizing or would like to design custom earrings, please contact us.
