Shipping Policy

At Aurum Denmark, standard shipping is complimentary on every order to destinations available at checkout. There is no minimum purchase amount.

Order preparation and delivery

Once your order is placed, we will prepare your jewelry for shipment and email you when it is on its way. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or carrier delays. If a delivery estimate is shown at checkout, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Any charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.
