What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal use, including clasps, settings, soldering, and finishing that result from our craftsmanship.
It does not cover accidents, improper care, third-party alterations, or normal surface wear such as fine scratches on polished gold.
Lifetime repair service
Beyond the 5-year warranty, we offer lifetime repair for Aurum pieces. Email hello@aurumdenmark.com with photos and a description of the issue.
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos. We will respond with instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement where applicable.
Please keep your original packaging and proof of purchase where possible.
